Whenever I grind a fresh batch of garam masala, one of my favorite recipe to use it in is Bin Masala chicken (http://usgorikakhana.blogspot.com/2008/10/bin-masala-chicken-chicken-cooked.html) It's basically a whole chicken marinated overnight in yogurt and garam masala and then baked.
