Last Christmas I made Halibut en Papillotte with asparagus, carrots, and sugar snap peas for 40 ppl. It's elegant, unexpected, and easy to make. Cleanup is a breeze too. I served a mixed roasted mushroom risotto along side, and Grand Marnier Tiramisu for dessert. Was a happy success. Read more
