Pork tenderloin - high or low heat roasting?

For tenderloins, if grilling, I sear over high heat on all sides and then indirect fook until 140F internal.

If butterflying , stuffing and tieing, I oven roast, but briefly pan sear on all sides. I use room temp stuffing and cook 140 to 145 F internal at 350F in oven.
