Summer Berry Pudding help
Keeping with my “It’s too hot to bake” state of mind, I’ve decided to make a Summer Berry Pudding which only requires a brief heating of fresh berries, sugar and water.
I could use some advice. What should I use for the base? I don’t have access to brioche, so Reading More May Cause Envy…
