Cucumber Soup
I had a really lovely cold cucumber soup topped with a little salad of watermelon and crabmeat at Casa B in Somerville, MA. I can’t remember it well enough to guess what was in it, but it inspired me to try to make a cucumber soup I was excited about Reading More May Cause Envy…
