Tomate Sauce
I decided to try to make the five French mother sauces. I started with the tomate sauce from here – http://culinaryarts.about.com/od/sauces/r/classictomato.htm. I cooked some chicken in sauce for about a half hour, and then served it over rice. It was delicious! But I would like so Reading More May Cause Envy…
