Quick bread temps
I just baked two loaves of banana bread (gluten-free). I always use the thermometer because I have had too many loaves of underdone banana bread. Unfortunately, I had to leave and so left the bread to my husband with the thermometer set to ding at 215 f. Reading More May Cause Envy…
