hard boiled egg not peeling right [moved from General Chowhounding]
Just tried adding a splash of vinegar to a small pot of cold water with six eggs, 3 fresh, 3 two weeks old. Brought to boil, simmered 20 min. Rinsed in cold tap water til eggs were cold. All peeled easily. As a short order cook, I learned that Reading More May Cause Envy…
