Best chicken/veal/pork Saltimbocca recipe? Cheese or no cheese?
True saltimbocca is a great dish – and it does not have cheese in it, but fried sage leaves are a nice garnish. It is pounded, dredged (in seasoned flour) veal slices topped with 2 to 3 pieces of sage, then topped with prosciutto – press in firmly. Reading More May Cause Envy…
