How long can cold mayo salad keep unrefridgerated?/ Salad ideas?
I’m catering for a set that will be outdoors. My food/salad leaves my fridge at about 9 am, they will be eating it at around 3:30. I was wondering if potato or pasta salad based on mayo would be able to survive spoilage for 5/6 hours outdoors without refrigeration? If Reading More May Cause Envy…
