Thickening/improving chicken curry
I add some banana, don’t know where I came up with the idea but tastes good to me.
For the seasoning, go to a “oriental store” (that’s what they call them here) and get the Indian curry powder that comes in the blue and orange can called Holst’s. Reading More May Cause Envy…
