Please help me schedule these chickens!
I’m roasting 3 chickens and need as much done in advance as possible, as guests arrive just a few hours after I’m home from work. What’s the best way to accomplish? Can I roast them the day before and reheat (whole)? I don’t mind serving them cold, if that will Reading More May Cause Envy…
