What coffee to use in my Bialetti espresso maker?
Actually Bialetti’s don’t make espresso coffee. Espresso coffee is made using high pressure coffee makers, Bialettis are low pressure and do not produce the crema needed for an espresso.
The coffee needs to be ground slightly coarser than used in normal filter machines and not tamped down in the Bialetti filter. Reading More May Cause Envy…
