Apple/peach butter for macaron filling?
I’ve made macarons quite a few times before with lemon curd and ganache fillings, but I’m thinking of trying my hand with one filled with peach and/or apple butter. Do you think this would work, or would the filling be too soggy for the macaron to age properly? Reading More May Cause Envy…
