Cloverleaf Dough Ball Size?
I’m making cloverleaf rolls in my bread machine right now, and need to know the best weight for each dough ball. I saw some photos of a recipe that calls for 1″ dough balls, those were too small, and resulted in rather flat, squished rolls.
