Help me "round out" this menu for Easter.

My turn to prepare/host dinner this Easter. Food allergies to consider include: peanuts, tree nuts, chick peas, and a lactose intolerance.
Main course will be apricot glazed ham and grilled pork tenderloin with peach salsa to accommodate the one’s who don’t like ham.
