Measuring for simple syrup
When making simple syrup the ratio of sugar to water is supposed to be 1:1, I get that, but is it 1 cup dry measure sugar and 1 cut liquid measure water? Or do I use the same of either cup for both? I find conflicting answers when googling. Reading More May Cause Envy…
