Vegetarian meal recommendations for a hot night...
What (vegetarian) should I make tonight for dinner? It is a hot hot day so nothing heavy/ no pasta. I was thinking gazpacho, but its always so much tastier the next day. Any ideas? We have a friend coming over already bringing some sort of salad… Thanks! Reading More May Cause Envy…
