Salt -- measuring vs weighing
If I weigh the salt for a recipe rather than measure it, does it matter what brand of salt I use if I’m using Kosher salt (Morton vs Diamond, for example)? And would there be a difference between using Kosher salt and table salt? Thanks! Reading More May Cause Envy…
