Mashed potatoes freeze well?
Freezing mashed seems to work fine for us – maybe we’re too easy to please?
Also, I (we) add garlic (raw, sliced) whenever we boil ‘taters – mm mm mmm (as we used to say – “the ONLY way to fly~!”) Reading More May Cause Envy…
