Do you add breadcrumbs to your hamburgers and if so why?
My 93 year old (now passed) Mother always did that and I also do it now. She would add 4 slices of white bread to each 1 lb of meat one egg and a little salt and pepper just a little water, mix well and cook it’s great. I think Reading More May Cause Envy…
