Preparing food beforehand
I am cooking a dinner at a remote place, and I want to do as much of the prepping beforehand. I am mostly looking to reduce the mise-en-place stuff such as cutting, dicing, washing vegetables etc.
I would like some advice on which one of these items (hopefully all) that would Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
