Cooking Rice for 80
I have a pretty nifty Buffalo Electric Rice Cooker that is designed to cook rice for 50 (though it often stretches to 80 odd servings).
Every time I use it I have noticed that the top third’s rice is divine, the second third is a bit compacted and the last third Reading More May Cause Envy…
