What to serve with a Cuban Sandwich?
B*I*G Bump.
Made a killer Pork Pernil and used the leftovers to make a rockin’ Cuban Sandwich.
As the side :
Cuban Salad with Feta and Garlic Lime Vinaigrette. Light, feta-y, and the lime vinaigrette complemented the salty fatty porky goodness of the sandwich. Worked perfectly. Reading More May Cause Envy…
