pork shoulder steaks/chops? Brine or marinade?
I bought pork shoulder chops. Never had them before but they were on sale and budgeting seems to be the name of the game lately. I know they will need a brine or marinade to make them tender but not sure what to use. I Reading More May Cause Envy…
