Meat and veg dish: saute ahead and then mix up dish, or just toss together and cook?
I’m making a a meat and veg dish and trying to streamline the preparation because I’ve already got a bunch of cutting up ahead of me since I’m making a huge batch to freeze some.
Browning the meat ahead of time I can get on board for. The recipe also calls Reading More May Cause Envy…
