egg drop soup at Mandarin Malden
I had some egg drop soup here that was wonderful. The broth was perfectly clear and all you tasted were the eggs that were very yellow. Not sure if it was “Americanized” and don’t really care. I’ve looked in my cookbooks and online and everything seems to be made with Reading More May Cause Envy…
