Should I Freeze the Rest of this Ham?
I made a ham on Christmas Day. My hubby’s work gave all employees one, so there was no packaging. I assume it was precooked (He works at Sara Lee/Hillshire and all the stuff they sell is precooked, so assuming) I cooked it to a safe temp and all that.

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
