Separating Frozen Chicken?
Hey All,
We recently purchased 40kg of frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts (About 80) at a discount but it basically came as one big block of poultry. Anyone have ideas on the safest way would be to separate these without fully thawing and refreezing?
