House of Nanking Hot and Sour Soup
I would love to replicate the hot and sour soup from House of Nanking (or Fang). I prefer the lighter version served here. The soup has changed a bit over the years with peas, lemon, zucchini and other items coming and going. Hoping someone has a good Reading More May Cause Envy…
