HELP! How do I make a great mushroom sauce for steak?
1.) I use red wine insted of liquor.
2.) Slice the mushrooms. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the mushrooms.
Sauté while stirring for 3 minutes or until they start to develop some color.
