Is it me or my meat thermometer?

I have no luck with thermometers. I have tried at least 10 different instant read model. I just celebrated 2 using ice water. I cooked a rib eye to 130. When i cut into it it was medium well at 160. This same thing hipness time Reading More May Cause Envy…
