Recent problem with rubbery chicken
The last few times I’ve bought Foster Farms Fresh and Natural whole chicken or chicken breast pieces, I’ve noticed they have been extremely rubbery. Oddly, it’s limited to the breasts, but possibly because they have the largest chunks of meat. But this happens whether I’ve marinated/grilled, or stir-fried them with Reading More May Cause Envy…
