Portuguese vinha d'alhos recipe?
This is my favorite meal. My Grandmother would make this for special occasions. While the meat was cooking she would add carrots and potatoes in the bottom of the pan and they would have the flavor for the marinade on them. Yummmmm. I’m making this for Reading More May Cause Envy…
