What's up with my bacon fat?
Hi guys, hoping you can help me solve a mystery!
So, I store my rendered bacon fat tightly covered in a glass jar in the fridge.
When I went to make some eggs this morning, I noticed my bacon fat had little white flecks in it, and I’ve not noticed them before.
About Me
I love food. Unfortunately, I can't cook worth a damn. I've been known to even burn water.
When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
