Dried Maitake and Beech Mushrooms -- How to Use Them?
We discovered the East End Mushroom Company on our latest jaunt to the North Fork of Long island. We now have dried Maitake and dried Beech mushrooms. I plan on rehydrating some and then using them maybe with some olive oil for a pasta just to see what Reading More May Cause Envy…
