Cherry Clafoutis recipe from the Vancouver Sun
I am looking for a recipe that has been lost. Years ago (20?) there was a cherry clafoutis recipe in the Vancouver Sun. It was drier that traditional clafoutis recipes, more like a cake. There was grated orange peel in the batter and the cherries were marinated in Kirsch and Reading More May Cause Envy…
