New cook - chicken question, help please!
1. If you have a freezer, stock up on chicken parts when they’re on sale, and avoid Wal-Mart like the plague. Also, keep canned tuna, canned salmon, canned beans, and frozen veg on hand — lots of alternatives for good meals when you don’t have access to beef or chicken.
