I FINALLY have mastered soft scrambled eggs and did not follow the great chefs’ instructions. 20 minutes?!?!?! Nope. I had leftover smoked salmon mousse from the CIJ party so I plopped some of that top. Decadent. What are your favorite egg extravaganzas? I do lie Benedict, but the sauce intimidates Reading More May Cause Envy…
