I see a lot of recipes call for oil (usually olive, sometimes others) AND butter. I love the buttah . . . do I have to use the oil? And if so, why? I guess no question is stupid if you don’t know the answer! Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
