"Quick" Pickle Question
I am in the process of making Rachel Ray’s “Quick Pickles” recipe:

How long will these pickles stay in the fridge once opened? Unopened? Can I re-use the brine again? The pickles are in a jar with screw on lids – not vacuum packed.
FWIW, I’m using a Reading More May Cause Envy…
