Have a large can, and was looking for ideas. I used to puree it with veggie broth and pour on fettuccine. Probably puree it this time, but add stuff to make it like a hummus or dip. Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
