Braised brisket in slow cooker question
I’d like to make this recipe for braised brisket in tamarind-palm sugar sauce this weekend (it’s from the excellent She Simmers Thai cooking blog). However, I had two questions:
(1) I’m going to make this in a slow cooker (and I am not particularly picky about the texture of the meat, Reading More May Cause Envy…
