Over Christmas I made a rabbit liver and chicken liver pate now for New Year’s I want to use my duck liver and chicken liver to make aNother pate.
What I’m wondering is when you make your pates do you put your raw liver in the blender and Reading More May Cause Envy…
I love food. Unfortunately, I can't cook worth a damn. I've been known to even burn water.
When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
