Looking for Scandinavian cookbook recommendations
We have an upcoming trip to Iceland and Norway in late spring, so I’ve really wanted to familiarize myself with classic dishes. Any suggestions? I own North: The New Nordic Cuisine of Iceland, but it’s more cheffy. I own the spiral bound edition from Time Life Foods of the World. Reading More May Cause Envy…
