Menlo Park Allstate cafeteria in mid 1970's
I used to work at Allstate in Menlo Park around 1976 and would get a vegetable salad in the cafeteria that was amazing! I was able to make a copycat recipe from it, but haven’t made it in many years. Does anyone remember the salad which had tomatoes, celery Reading More May Cause Envy…
