baking question- why is my apple pie filled with liquid?
I just came across a recipe where instead of tossing the apples in the sugar and spice mixture- you simply put the apples in the pie plate, sprinkle the sugar and spices on top, dot with some butter, and then put the top crust on. In theory this would prevent Reading More May Cause Envy…
