Creating the taste of rum without alcohol?
I like the flavor of rum; as a recovering alcoholic, I don’t imbibe alcohol in any form. When “boiling off” alcohol, as you put it, there is always some residue of alcohol left and I’m not going to risk my 40 years of sobriety on an “off chance.” I’m not Reading More May Cause Envy…
