Help with buffet main dish for 50 people
I’m hosting a buffet for about 50 people and need advice for another main dish with chicken. The other foods are mainly middle eastern, but I need something that fits in a pot as my oven will be used for other things. Any ideas? Would 60 thighs be enough? Would Reading More May Cause Envy…
