Magnolia Bakery Cupcakes, Martha's Cream Cheese Frosting
I love Magnolia’s Vanilla Cupcake recipe .. batter is great, cake, too. It calls for both all-purpose flour and self-rising flour. (I checked and my almost full bag of self-rising says it expired in 2012 .. just went to the store to buy fresh!)
